When you renew your SSL (TLS) certificate at Loopia, a verification email is sent to admin@yourdomain.com. You must click the link in this email to confirm the renewal, otherwise the certificate will not be reissued and your site may stop showing the padlock (lock icon).
Where the verification email comes from
The email is sent by the certificate issuer RapidSSL, from the address no-reply@rapidssl.com.
It is important that you verify the renewal so that your SSL certificate is updated and keeps working without interruption.
If the certificate is not updated after verification
If you have verified the renewal and the certificate’s expiry date has not updated within a few hours, or if you would like us to send you a new verification email, please contact our Registry department at registry@loopia.se.
