To upload your website to Loopia you need an FTP client (file upload program) and an FTP account. An FTP client connects to our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server and lets you transfer files between your computer and your Loopia web hosting. We recommend choosing a client that also supports encrypted FTPS (FTP over SSL/TLS) and SFTP (Secure FTP / SSH FTP) connections.
Create an FTP account
You can create an FTP account yourself in the Loopia Customer Zone. Once logged in, click FTP under Add/Create in the right-hand side panel and follow the instructions.
