In the Loopia webmail you can quickly add the sender of a message to your address book (contacts) without typing the email address by hand. This article shows how.
Add the sender to your address book
- Log in to the Loopia webmail and open a message from the address you want to save.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the small icon next to the sender’s email address. The label Add to address book appears.
- Click the icon to save the address.

A green confirmation box appears in the webmail to confirm that the contact has been saved.

Edit the new contact
The new entry contains only the email address. To add a name, phone number, or other details:
- Click Address book (contacts) in the top right menu.
- Select the contact you just saved.
- Fill in the additional fields and save the contact.
