Save an address from a message in the webmail

In the Loopia webmail you can quickly add the sender of a message to your address book (contacts) without typing the email address by hand. This article shows how.

Add the sender to your address book

  1. Log in to the Loopia webmail and open a message from the address you want to save.
  2. Hover your mouse pointer over the small icon next to the sender’s email address. The label Add to address book appears.
  3. Click the icon to save the address.

A green confirmation box appears in the webmail to confirm that the contact has been saved.

Edit the new contact

The new entry contains only the email address. To add a name, phone number, or other details:

  1. Click Address book (contacts) in the top right menu.
  2. Select the contact you just saved.
  3. Fill in the additional fields and save the contact.
