If you are a customer using Microsoft 365 services through a provider other than Loopia AB, but wish to transfer your services to us for future license orders, you must first contact our technical support at support@loopia.se. Include your customer number FAXX-XX-XX-XXXX, the domain name (which must be added to the account) currently using Microsoft 365, and preferably the name of your Tenant.
Please do not order any licenses from us until you have received confirmation from us that the transfer of the Microsoft service is complete.
Note that licenses purchased from your previous provider will not be transferred; you will need to order new licenses from us after the transfer is finalized.
