To use encrypted (SSL/TLS) email with Loopia, configure your mail client with the server addresses, ports, and login credentials listed below. These settings apply to both POP3 and IMAP for receiving mail and to SMTP for sending mail.
Mail server addresses
Use the same hostname for both incoming and outgoing mail:
- Incoming (POP3 or IMAP): mailcluster.loopia.se
- Outgoing (SMTP): mailcluster.loopia.se
Encrypted port numbers
Use the following ports to ensure the connection is encrypted with SSL/TLS:
- POP3 (incoming): 995
- IMAP (incoming): 993
- SMTP (outgoing): 465
Login credentials
- Username: Your full email address (for example, yourname@example.com)
- Password: The password associated with that email address
