Connect an existing Loopia customer to your reseller account

This guide is for Loopia Reseller programme partners only.

This Loopia Reseller guide explains how to connect an existing Loopia customer (end customer) to your reseller (partner) account so that the customer is counted under your Reseller programme and generates commission (payout) on future invoices.

If the customer does not yet have a Loopia account, follow the guide for adding a new customer instead.

Step 1: Open the new customer form

Log in to your reseller account and click Add new customer.

Step 2: Select the Existing Loopia customer tab

Click the Existing Loopia customer tab. Enter the customer’s username, password and customer number to link the account to you as a reseller (partner).

Click Add. The customer’s account is now connected to your reseller account. You can manage the customer’s services straight away, and you will earn commission on future invoices once you have more than 10 connected customers.
