To make sure that your web site is displayed correctly after publishing you need to place it in the /mindoman.se/public_html/ folder on the FTP-server. (mindoman.se is replaced by the correct domain name)
Everything in this folder will be available on the web and everything outside of this folder will only be accessible by using FTP or a script on your website.
