If you have lost your user information (login credentials) for Loopia Customer Zone (kundzon, account dashboard), you can recover access yourself or contact our support team. This guide shows you both options.
Recover your login by email
To receive a one-time login link by email, follow the instructions on our password recovery page. Enter the email address registered on your Loopia hosting account and you will receive a link to log in and set a new password.
Contact support for alternative delivery
If recovery by email does not work, please send a message to support@loopia.com and we will send your user information to you by regular mail and/or SMS.
