Cancel your Loopia subscription under Account settings in the Loopia Customer Zone, before your current subscription period expires.
Cancelling before the period expires ensures you are not billed for the next renewal. If you cancel after a renewal invoice has already been issued, contact ekonomi@loopia.com to check whether it can still be adjusted.
