Merge Loopia accounts

If you have more than one domain spread across separate Loopia accounts with different login details, you can merge those accounts into one. Merging makes it easier to administer your domains in the Customer Zone and gives you a single overview of all the domains and services you have with us.

Log in to the larger account

Always log in to the account with the larger service. For example, log in to your LoopiaDNS account if you also have a LoopiaDomain account — the smaller account is merged into the larger one.

Open the merge accounts page

Log in to the Loopia Customer Zone and navigate to Account settings > Merge accounts.

Enter the details of the account to merge

Enter the customer number, username and password of the account you want to merge into the current account, then click Execute. Before merging, you need to confirm that both accounts have the same holder (the same company ID or personal number). You can check the account holder under Account settings > Account holder.

Please note that it is not possible to merge two web hosting accounts. If you need to do so, please contact our support.
