Your Loopia customer number identifies your hosting account and is often needed when you contact support or manage your services. This guide shows you the two easiest ways to find your customer number.
Check your subscription confirmation
Your customer number is included in the subscription confirmation email you received from us when your Loopia account was created.
Find it in Loopia Customer Zone
You can also find your customer number by logging in to Loopia Customer Zone (kundzon, account dashboard). The number is displayed in the upper right corner of the page.
