You can hide images in a block in Loopia Sitebuilder in two ways: click the image and choose Hide in its control panel, or open Block settings and untick the image under Block elements in the Layout tab. Hiding media is useful when you want to create a unique layout.
Hiding the image from its control panel
- Click the image to activate its control panel.
- Click Hide. You’re taken to the Layout tab in Block settings, where you can hide or restore more block elements.
- Click Save (or click anywhere in the empty area) to confirm.
Hiding the image from Block settings
- Hover over the block and click the cog icon in its control panel.
- In the Layout tab, find the Block elements section and untick the elements you want to hide.
- Click Save to confirm.
Good to know
Note: the Hide Media feature isn’t available in blocks whose main purpose is showing images, such as Galleries and some Headline layouts.
In some layouts of the Headline, Products and About us blocks, you may need to hide overlaid media. In that case, click the overlaid image and then Hide in its control panel. See the article on replacing, editing or hiding overlaid images to learn more.
