Add domain
In order for us to take over the management of your domain, you need to add the domain to an account with us first. This can be done in our customer zone under the title “What would you like to do?” (Buy or add domain name > Add domain name). If you don´t have an account, you can easily create one here.
Redelegation
In order to get started with us as soon as possible, you should start by contacting your current provider and implement a redelegation to our name servers. A redelegation may take up to 48 hours but it usually tends to be completed within one day.

Transfer
In order for us to perform a redelegation of your domain (as above) we need to start a transfer. A transfer means that we take over the administrative and technical responsibility for the domain and it also means that we will provide the renewal of your domain name. The transfer usually takes 7-18 days to complete (with the exception of .se domains that are transferred directly) and after that we become a registrar for your domain name. You can see who the registrar for a domain name is by visiting http://whois.loopia.com

The domains listed here require that the following conditions are met: .com | .net | .org | .info | .biz | .me | .mobi | .name | .tv | .be | .pl | .at | .cc
The domain must be placed in the holder’s account
The domain name must be unlocked and activated (status OK or Active)
If the domain today has a so called WHOIS protection (private registration), it must be deleted by current provider, since we do not have support for it
You need to be specified as the administrative contact with a working e-mail address
There must be at least 30 days remaining before the domain expires
The domain name must have been registered with the current provider for at least 60 days
You need an auth-code (EPP code) which can be obtained from your current provider
After you have received the authorization code you can login to your account and initiate a transfer by clicking on your domain name in the list below the title “Domain names” and then click Transfer of domain name.
For .se- and .nu-domains the following conditions must be met:
The domain must be placed in the holder’s account

For .eu-domains the following conditions must be met:
The domain must be placed in the holder’s account
You need an auth-code (EPP code) which can be obtained from EURid
After you receive the authorization code you can login to your account and initiate a transfer by clicking on your domain name in the list below the title “Domain names” and then click Transfer of domain name.
For co.uk and org.uk-domains the following conditions must be met:
The domain must be placed in the holder’s account.
Login to your account and initiate a transfer by clicking on your domain name in the list below the title “Domain names” and then click Transfer of domain name.
After that, you should see a “TAG” in your customer zone, which you will give to your current provider.
