If you wish to upgrade your account, then that can be done by clicking on the green button called “Upgrade your account” that can be seen in the grey right hand side panel in your Customer Zone.
You can downgrade your account under “Account settings” > “Termination or downgrade of account” in your Customer Zone.
If you want to cancel your subscription you need to do this before your current subscription period expires.
