Save credit card details and activate automatic payments

This guide explains how to save your credit card details in the Loopia Customer Zone so you can register domains and upgrade to web hosting or extra services with a single click, and how to activate automatic payments so invoices are paid on time without any action from you.

Please note that your credit card details are securely stored at DIBS, the Nordic region’s leading provider of simple and secure payment solutions for online businesses.

Save credit card details at Loopia

When you order a domain, web hosting package or any other service, the field shown below appears in the payment section. Tick “Save credit card details” and complete the payment to store your card for future purchases.

The next time you order from us, you can pay with one click either via the invoice you receive by email or directly from the Loopia Customer Zone.

Activate automatic payments at Loopia

Enable automatic payments to avoid missing an invoice due date. The amount will be deducted from your saved credit card automatically on the expiry date, with no action required from you.

If you are a new Loopia customer

Place an order at www.loopia.com and choose to save your credit card details and activate automatic payments in the payment section (see screenshot below). For web hosting, DNS and VPS, you can choose monthly, quarterly or yearly automatic payment. For domains, the payment period is annual or multi-annual.

If you are already a Loopia customer

The next time you receive an invoice from us, choose to save your credit card details and activate automatic payments. If you want to change your payment period from yearly or quarterly to monthly, please contact support@loopia.com and we will help you.
