This price adjustment enables us to continue investing in both technology and user experience. Over the past year we have launched and improved smart AI tools in Loopia Sitebuilder and WordPress, making it even easier to build a website quickly and smoothly — and there is more to come.
We also remain committed to sustainability. All our services run on 100% renewable electricity, and we actively invest in climate-positive data centres, so you contribute to a greener future simply by choosing us.

The new prices take effect when your service is up for renewal, no earlier than 28 December 2025. You will be billed at the updated prices in connection with that renewal.

All services with a new price are listed at the bottom of this page. The price shown there is what will appear on your next invoice.

In the Loopia Customer Zone you can renew domain names for multiple years where this is supported. To lock in the current price, do this before 28 December. If you want to renew your account (web hosting, email or DNS) for multiple years, contact ekonomi@loopia.se for assistance.

No. The new price applies only when your service is up for renewal. The period you have already paid for is not affected. The new price will appear on your upcoming invoice, which is sent at least 45 days before the renewal date.

Log in to your Customer Zone as usual. Your most recent invoice shows the period it covers. For domain names, you can also find this information in the domain list in your Customer Zone or control panel. Your renewal date is the first day after the period covered by your latest invoice. You will not miss it: we send your next invoice at least 45 days before the renewal date. You can of course cancel or modify your subscription whenever you wish.

No. The change only affects the price of your subscription, not the service or its features. The service you subscribed to remains the same. The price adjustment is made to maintain the same high quality and to continue offering you top-class support.

No, you do not need to do anything. The new price comes into effect automatically on your renewal date and will appear on your next invoice at least 45 days in advance. Before the renewal you can always modify or cancel your subscription if you wish, directly in your Customer Zone or control panel.

Yes. You can modify your current services at any time and choose a different solution that suits you better, directly in the Customer Zone. If you make changes before your paid subscription period ends, the change will take effect on the first day of your renewal, provided your upcoming invoice is paid.

Our prices are always guaranteed for your paid period. For example, if you subscribe for 12 months, no price adjustment will apply during that period, even if prices for the same service increase for new customers. We continually review and invest in the technology and data centres that allow us to offer sustainable, secure and stable services at the most reasonable price possible. With current inflation and political uncertainty in Europe and the wider world, no one can predict exactly how costs will develop, but we are committed to balancing our prices fairly and to being a reliable, transparent partner. Your best insurance against future price adjustments is the length of your subscription.
