Questions and answers about our new look

On September 1, 2022, we will leave the old behind and update our look. We have developed a new logo with new colors as part of our new visual identity. Here you will find answers to most things you might want to know about the change.

What do these changes mean for me?

Honestly, not so much. But, just as the world around us has changed, it was time for us to as well. With our new look, we can strengthen our brand and improve our services that help entrepreneurs, companies, and individuals realize and reach out with their ideas.

I have received an invoice / an email/post with your old logo, why then?

On September 1, 2022, we updated our website and social channels with Loopia’s new look. However, it may take a while before everything is in place, so if you have received information from us with our old logo, there’s no need to worry.

I have feedback about the new website or new look, who can I contact?

We have tried to bring the best with us into the new, but you are very welcome to email us at feedback@loopia.se if you have any feedback or if you discover something that is not correct on the website.

I show you the logo on my website, where can I get the new one?

If you are sponsored by us or for some other reason want to display our logo on your website, you can find the new logo (from September 1) in several different formats in our press room.

Will my services with you change?

No, we are not currently changing anything with our services or prices and of course, the same award-winning support is available every day, all year round if you need help.

Why is the blog/knowledge database not updated?

During the autumn, we will update our various pages and portals with the new visual identity in several rounds. Hence, it may take some time before all our various portals and pages are completely updated. But we promise everything will get refreshed soon.
