Manage your customers’ accounts

This guide is for Loopia Reseller programme partners only.

This Loopia Reseller guide explains how to log in to your customers’ Loopia accounts from your reseller (partner) account. Through the Loopia Customer Zone you can manage any services or details that an end customer (your client) has with Loopia.

Step 1: Open your customer list

Log in to your reseller account and click My customers.

Step 2: Log in to the customer’s Customer Zone

Click the + next to the customer’s name to expand the menu, then click Log in to open that customer’s Customer Zone. From there you can manage their domains, web hosting, email and other services on their behalf.
