The MySQL LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE statement is disabled in phpMyAdmin on Loopia’s servers for security reasons. There are, however, a number of alternative options for importing data into MySQL through phpMyAdmin that work just as well.
If you still need this functionality for importing data, use a local MySQL client (such as MySQL Front) or upload the data file via FTP and import it via CGI (Common Gateway Interface), PHP or ASP.
