For security reasons, we have disabled this in phpMyAdmin. However, there are a number of different options for importing data to MySQL through phpMyAdmin, which works just fine.
If you still need to use this for importing data, use a local MySQL client (such as MySQL Front) or upload the data file via FTP and import it via CGI / PHP / ASP.
