How to use LoopAI – our top tips

You have built your website with LoopAI – so what next? WordPress (the world’s most popular website tool) can feel complicated at first, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are our top tips for moving forward with your LoopAI site, from editing text and images to generating new pages with AI.

All the tips below assume you are logged in to WordPress.

Change the text and images

You edit both text and images in the same place: the page editor. Here is how to find it:

• Click My Website → Visit Website at the top left, then select Edit Page in the menu at the top.
• or click Pages → All Pages in the admin panel (admin area, wp-admin) on the left and choose the page you want to edit.

Replace text – with or without AI

To change text manually:

1. Click the text you want to change.
2. Type in the new text.
3. Click Save at the top right when you are done.

If you want help wording, improving or expanding your text, you can also use AI:

1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Click Ask AI in the panel.
3. Choose what you want it to do (for example, correct spelling or extend the text).
4. The AI will show a suggestion in the administration bar on the right.
5. Click Replace the text in the selected block if you are happy, or request a new version.

Do not forget to save your changes.

Replace images – with or without AI

You probably already have your own images you want to use on your website. Replace the placeholder images like this:

1. Select the image you want to replace.
2. Click Replace in the panel and upload your image.
3. Click Save at the top right.

If you do not have any of your own images yet and want something that feels more tailored to your business, you can create a new image using AI:

1. Select the image you want to replace.
2. Select Ask AI in the panel.
3. Click Generate an image in the administration bar on the right.
4. Describe the type of image you want and choose the aspect ratio.
5. Click Generate image.

Do not forget to save your changes.

Add more pages

Most websites need more than just a home page – for example, a contact page or an “About us” page. LoopAI can quickly create new pages with the same design and structure as your home page. Here is how:

1. Go to Pages in the admin panel on the left.
2. Click Add page.
3. Describe the type of page you want to create in the Describe your page field. You do not need to fill in the Site description for My Website box.
4. Tick Allow installation of extensions for advanced page features so the AI can automatically pick the right plugin (add-on), for example a contact form.
5. Click Generate Page.

The page is created automatically – and you can edit it just like your home page.

Replace the design completely

Not happy with the design you got? You can recreate your site without starting from scratch:

1. Click Web Assistant in the admin panel on the left.
2. Under the Quick Links heading, select Reset Website.
3. Click Delete and Start Over.

You can now write a new prompt and describe your business again.

Want to try a different style? Reset and generate again – it is much easier than creating a completely new LoopAI site every time.
