With the AI feature in Loopia Sitebuilder, once you’ve created your homepage you can quickly generate content for more pages, saving both time and effort. Even if you skipped the AI setup for your homepage and didn’t enter any business details, you can still generate different types of page with the AI feature.
Generating a new page
- In the editor, click Pages in the top menu to open the Page Manager. You can also click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of Loopia Sitebuilder, then Pages in the sidebar.
- In the Page Manager, click one of the pages under Generate pages with AI, or click the blue (+) Add page button.
- In the Add page window, choose a page template from the dropdown.
- Type the page name in the matching field. The page’s slug (URL name) is created automatically from the chosen template. If similar pages already exist, a number is added to the slug (for example Services-1).
- Depending on the page type, an extra input field may appear. Use it to describe what you want the page to contain. For example:
- On a Services page, list or describe your services, and the AI generates content based on them.
- On an About us page, your existing business description may be pre-filled. You can edit, replace or extend it with information specific to this page, without affecting your general business description.
- Click Generate page.
Note: the extra field is optional, but the more specific information you give, the more relevant the result. Some page types, such as Our work or Contact, may not have this field.
Leave Show in navigation ticked if you want the page to appear in the navigation menu.
Remember that generated content isn’t final – you’ll need to customise it further to fit your needs exactly. To try other variations of the page, repeat the process from step 1. To change individual blocks on the page instead, use the Generate button on each block.
Adding a blank page
If you choose Blank page in the Add page dropdown, a page is created without AI tools, and you add blocks yourself from the Block library. Once you’ve added blocks, you can click Generate on any block to have the AI create new content that matches your business profile.
