The Testimonials block in Loopia Sitebuilder shows how other customers have benefited from your product or service. That makes it a powerful tool for building trust and encouraging potential customers to act. You can also use it for customer reviews and media quotes.
Adding the block
- Choose where you want the block and click Add a block (+).
- In the Block library, select Testimonials to see the ready-made layouts.
- Click the layout you like to add it to your page.
Customising the Testimonials block
Click the block, then the Block settings icon. The menu has two tabs: Layout and Appearance.
In the Layout tab you can switch layouts and choose which elements appear – remove the blue tick next to an element (for example a button) to hide it.
In the Appearance tab you can change:
- Block style: the block’s colour theme
- Block spacing: the spacing above and below the block
- Horizontal alignment: left or centre alignment of the content
- Content layout: the number of items per row
- Media settings: make images black and white, and round or square
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Editing text and images
Click a text element and start typing to replace the demo content, or copy and paste existing content from your text editor. You can replace the demo images with photos of your customers.
Duplicating, moving and deleting testimonials
- Duplicate: hover over the testimonial and click the Duplicate icon. An identical element is inserted to the right of the original.
- Move: hover over the testimonial, click the Move icon and drag it to another position within the block. The layout adjusts automatically. You can only move elements within the block, not into another block.
- Delete: hover over the element and click the Delete icon.
When you’re done, click Publish to make your changes live.
