How to Use LoopAI – Our Top Tips 

You’ve built your website with LoopAI – what should you do now? WordPress can feel complicated at first, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are our top tips for easily moving forward with your LoopAI site! 

All our tips assume, of course, that you are logged in to WordPress. 

Change the text and images 

You edit both text and images in the same place – the page editor. Here’s how to find it: 

• Click on “My Website” → “Visit Website” at the top left and select “Edit Page” in the menu at the top. 

or 

• Click on “Pages” → “All Pages” in the admin panel on the left and select the page you want to edit. 

Replace text – with or without AI 

If you want to change text manually, do this: 

1. Click on the text you want to change. 

2. Type in the new text. 

3. Click “Save” at the top right when you’re done. 

If you want help formulating, improving, or developing your text, you can also use AI: 

1. Select the text you want to change. 

2. Click “Ask AI” in the panel. 

3. Choose what you want to do (for example, correct spelling or extend the text). 

4. The AI will show a suggestion in the administration bar on the right. 

5. Click “Replace the text in the selected block” if you’re happy or request a new version. 

Don’t forget to save your changes! 

Replacing images – with or without AI 

You probably already have your own images that you want to use on your website. Replace the placeholder images like this: 

1. Select the image you want to replace. 

2. Click “Replace” in the panel and upload your image. 

3. Click “Save” at the top right. 

If you don’t have any of your own images yet and want something that feels more tailored to your business, you can create a new image using AI: 

1. Select the image you want to replace. 

2. Select “Ask AI” in the panel. 

3. Click “Generate an image” in the administration bar on the right. 

4. Describe what type of image you want to create and specify the aspect ratio. 

5. Click “Generate image”. 

Don’t forget to save your changes. 

Add more pages 

Most websites need more than just a home page – for example, a contact or “About us” page. The AI can quickly and easily create new pages with the same design and structure as your home page. Here’s how: 

1. Go to “Pages” in the admin panel on the left. 

2. Click “Add page”. 

3. Write the type of page you want to create in “Describe your page”. You don’t need to fill in the “Site description for My Website” box. 

4. Check “Allow installation of extensions for advanced page features” to allow the AI to automatically select the right extension, such as a contact form. 

5. Click “Generate Page”. 

The page will be created automatically – and you can edit it just like your homepage. 

Replace the design completely 

Not happy with the design you got? You should recreate your page without starting from scratch: 

1. Click “Web Assistant” in the admin panel on the left. 

2. Under the “Quick Links” heading, select “Reset Website”. 

3. Click “Delete and Start Over”. 

Now, you can write a new prompt and describe your business again.  

Want to try a different style? Reset and generate again – it’s much easier than creating a completely new page in LoopAI every time.
