Domain names under .SE that are deregistered are blocked (in quarantine) for re-registration for 40 days and only then is it possible to register it.
We display domain names in quarantine as registered on the old owner as this still have the option to renew the domain name in question. The II foundations (IIS) domain search tool is available here.
.SE domain names that are in quarantine are released for registration the date shown in the domain search tool next to the heading date_to_delete, but not before 04:00 UTC (06:00 Swedish summer time, 05:00 Swedish winter time).
