Loopia’s web hosting platform runs on enterprise-grade hardware selected for reliability, performance and scalability. This article summarises the servers, storage and networking equipment that power the service.
Servers and storage
We use mostly Dell rack servers with dual Xeon processors. All of our production servers are rack-mounted units specifically adapted for our web hosting business. For storage, we use solutions from NetApp (Network Appliance).
Networking
For our network equipment we primarily use Cisco and HP.
