Loopia operates its own data centre in Sweden and uses partner data centres within the EU for selected services. This article lists which services are stored where.
Servers in Sweden
Our servers in Sweden are located in our data centre in Västerås.
This data centre is purpose-built for us and features multiple separate internet connections, robust power backup (dual mains feeds, UPS systems and diesel generators), cooling, alarms and 24/7 monitoring. The data centre’s mechanical protection complies with Protection Class 3, and its alarms have Alarm Class 3.
