You can change the type of your Loopia hosting account or your subscription period directly from the Loopia Customer Zone (kundzon, account dashboard). This guide explains how to upgrade or downgrade your account and how to switch your billing period.
Upgrade your account
To upgrade your hosting account, log in to the Loopia Customer Zone and click the green Upgrade your account button in the grey side panel on the right.
Downgrade your account
You can downgrade your account under Account settings > Termination or downgrade of account in your Customer Zone.
Cancel your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, you need to do this before your current subscription period expires. The cancellation option is available under Account settings in the Customer Zone.
Change your billing period
If you want to switch between quarterly and annual billing (or the other way around) for your hosting package, please send an email to ekonomi@loopia.se and our finance team will help you make the change.
