The maximum size of each file you upload and link in Loopia Sitebuilder depends on your Sitebuilder package: 5 MB per file with Small, 100 MB with Medium and 250 MB with Large. There’s also a separate limit on total storage space for all your uploaded files.

Maximum size per file
- Loopia Sitebuilder Small: 5 MB per file.
- Loopia Sitebuilder Medium: 100 MB per file.

Total storage space
As well as the per-file limit, there’s a total storage space shared by all your uploaded files:
- Loopia Sitebuilder Small: 2 GB in total.
- Loopia Sitebuilder Medium: 10 GB in total.
- Loopia Sitebuilder Large and Large + Online Store: 50 GB in total. Last checked: 2026-09-30.
These are two different limits. The maximum size per file decides whether a particular file can be uploaded at all, while the total storage space decides how much you can fit on the site overall. With Small, for example, you can have many files adding up to 2 GB, but no single file can be larger than 5 MB.
Supported file formats
You can upload files in any format in Loopia Sitebuilder, but for the best experience for your visitors we recommend PDF (.pdf), JPEG (.jpg), PNG (.png), Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), Microsoft Word (.docx) or ZIP archives (.zip).
