Add a “Why Choose Us” section to build credibility, address customer concerns, and convince visitors to choose your business over competitors. It’s a valuable part of a strategy for turning visitors into satisfied customers.
Adding the Why Choose Us block
- Choose where you want to add the block and click Add a block (+).
- In the Block library, select Why choose us to see the ready-made layouts for this block type.
- Click a layout to add it to your page.
Customising the block settings
Click the block, then click the Block settings icon. The settings menu has two tabs: Layout and Appearance.
In the Layout tab you can switch the block layout and choose which elements appear in the block – remove the blue tick next to an element’s name to hide it (for example, to remove a button).
In the Appearance tab you can change:
- Block style: the block’s colour scheme.
- Block spacing: the space above and below the block.
- Horizontal alignment: how content is aligned horizontally within the block.
- Content layout: how many items appear per row.
- Content style: add borders and shadows to certain elements.
- Divider: customise the divider at the bottom of the block.
Note: the controls available in the Appearance tab may vary depending on which layout you choose.
Editing icons
You can replace the demo icons in the block with your own, relevant to your product or service.
Editing descriptions
Add short descriptions of your business’s features in this block. Click a text container to edit the demo content and type your own, or copy and paste existing text from elsewhere.
Customising block elements
All elements in the Why Choose Us block are highly customisable – you can add, edit and remove most of them. You can undo most actions by clicking Undo or pressing Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac).
Once you’re happy with the block, click Publish to make the changes live.
