This price adjustment enables us to continue investing in both technology and user experience. During the year, we have launched and improved smart AI tools in Loopia Sitebuilder and WordPress – making it even easier to build a website quickly and smoothly. And there’s more to come!

The new prices will take effect upon the renewal of your service, starting no earlier than December 28, 2025. At that time, you will be billed according to the updated prices in connection with your renewal.

You can find all services that receive a new price at the bottom of this document. The price you see on that list is what will appear on your next invoice.

Inside your Loopia customer zone, you can renew domain names for multiple years if this service is offered. The important thing is to do this before December 28th. If you want to renew your account (Web hosting/Email/DNS) for multiple years, you can contact ekonomi@loopia.se for assistance.

No. The new price applies only when your service is up for renewal. The already paid period remains unaffected. The new price will be reflected on your upcoming invoice, which will be sent to you at least 45 days before the renewal date.

Log in to your customer zone as usual. On your recent invoice, you will see the applicable period. For domain names, you can also find this information in the list of domain names in your customer zone/control panel. The renewal date is the first day after the period covered by your latest invoice. You won’t miss it because we will send your next invoice at least 45 days before the renewal date. Of course, you will still have the option to cancel or modify your subscription as desired.

No. The change only affects the price of your subscription, not the service or its functionalities. The service you subscribed to will remain the same. The price adjustment is made to maintain the same high quality for your service and to continue offering you top-notch support.

You don’t need to do anything. The new price will automatically come into effect on the renewal date, and you will be able to see it on your next invoice at least 45 days in advance. Before the renewal, you can always modify or cancel your subscription if you wish. You can do this within your customer zone/control panel with us.

Yes. You can always modify your current services if you wish and choose a different solution that suits you better directly in the customer zone. If you wish to make changes before the subscription you have paid for expires, the modification will take effect on the first day of your renewal if your upcoming invoice is paid.

Our prices are always guaranteed for your paid period. For example, if you choose to subscribe for 12 months, no price adjustment will apply during this period, even if prices for the same service increase for new customers. We continually review and systematically invest in the technology and data centers that enable us to offer sustainable, secure, and stable services at the most reasonable price possible. In the current context of inflation and an unstable political situation in Europe and the rest of the world, no one can predict how costs will change in the future, but we are committed to always balancing our prices to be a reliable and transparent partner. Your best insurance against future price adjustments is the length of your subscription.
